    I was waiting for the download to finish when I noticed that this was only a “free trial” but NO information was given about how long a free trial or what was real cost or any other really important information (like ads etc). Sure made me suspect this companies ethics. So I uninstalled until I get better information

    I signed and paid the $39.95 it did not work so I e-mailed my problem. They sent my a way to download & it still does not work so I called their 24/7 phone 2 times and no answer what now?
