The way it works is pretty straightforward – iBetterCharge communicates with your device via iTunes Wi‐Fi Sync(using the data which iTunes itself gathers). iBetterCharge does not install anything on your iOS device. Therefore, there is no way the application affects the battery of your iOS device.
Important*
iBetterCharge REQUIRES you to Enable Wi-Fi syncing in iTunes to allow the connection with the device. (See Screenshot)
iBetterCharge should detect an unlimited amount of devices if they are recognized properly.
Please follow these simple steps:

*Make sure that 'Sync over wi-fi' is enabled inside iTunes

Just in case, please relaunch iBetterCharge :)
Please make sure you update to the latest version of iBetterCharge.
After the updating to iOS 7.1, you will have to reattach your iPhone\iPad to iBetterCharge once again.

Please open iBetterCharge preferences (click on the iBetterCharge icon in the tray menu) and click on the "Ignore" tab, there you'll see the list of all devices that have been used with iBetterCharge. You need to simply check the iDevice that you don't want to use with iBetterCharge.
